In relation to the upcoming second reading of the Whistleblowers draft law, TI-Bulgaria has sent an open letter to the Legal and the other supporting commitees of the Parliament, as well as to the Chairpersons of the Parliamentary groups and the media, expressing its concerns on some texts in the draft, which will allow serios interference in the business sphere and risk of administrative arbitrariness.
