Асоциация “Прозрачност без граници” организира хибридното събитие „Подобряване на прозрачността чрез колективни действия“ в партньорство с Базелския институт за управление, AmCham България, Българо-швейцарската търговска камара и Министерство на финансите на Република България.
As part of the third panel “The private sector as a Collective Actions Engine”, Mr. Kalin Slavov, executive director of Transparency International – Bulgaria, talked about improvement of the business climate and attracting investments in Bulgaria, what tools and practices may be used and what are the methods that the Bulgarian government can apply to stimulate businesses to intensify their internal control in order to mitigate corruption risks.
The expected benefits for business are related with complying with legal requirements, lowering the risk for financial loss and sanctions, optimization of internal management processes, creating competitive advantages through compliance with the global business rules. Implementing business integrity standards will position the companies as socially responsible.
The speakers – Minister Assen Vassilev, the Chief executive director of AMCHAM Ivan Mihaylov, the President of the Bulgarian-Swiss Chamber of commerce Boni Bonev and the Manager of Novartis Bulgaria Andria Tomovic discusses the efforts of our country to strengthen integrity, transparency, responsibility and open governance through collective actions and the active business participation.
