Thanks to the joined efforts of TI-Bulgaria and Sky Mont Ltd., the activities on improving the company`s management systems were successfully completed, bringing them in line with international best practices in the Industry sector. The adapted business integrity standards by TI-Bulgaria experts were revised in order to cover the needs of Sky Mont Ltd. and its specifics in management and work processes. This is another step in the direction of increasing the quality of work in the company and its pursuit for improvement.
