Ценностите, които Бизнес интегрити клубът налага на своите членове, са стъпката, нужна на България по пътя към членство в Организацията за икономическо сътрудничество и развитие (ОИСР). Това стана ясно след серията от работни срещи, които изпълнителният директор на Асоциация „Прозрачност без граници” Калин Славов проведе с представители на Секретариата на ОИСР.
The first meeting was in June during the visit to Bulgaria by the team of the influential international organization of the 38 most developed countries in the world. The main topic of the discussion was the application of good management practices in the Bulgarian businesses.
В разговора бе представен и учреденият от Асоциация „Прозрачност без граници” Бизнес интегрити клуб. В него членуват организации, чиято цел е подобряване процесите на управление, които да доведат до конкурентни предимства. Основните усилия на членовете на клуба са насочени към насърчаване на предприятията доброволно да спазват и прилагат насоки и механизми за отговорно бизнес поведение.
The membership in OECD is one of the main goals of the Bulgarian external policy. This makes the Business integrity topic an important one especially in the context of the need for strengthening the capacity of the Bulgarian companies and building trust in employees and managers as well as in clients and partners.
The OECD membership is a confirmation of the application of the best standards and practices in the field of public and corporate governance which is going to give additional safety to businesses and investors in Bulgaria. This makes the Business Integrity standards a great tool and an opportunity for discussion and exchange of good practices and suggestions for solutions of common problems at the same time for all business participants and institution representatives in Bulgaria, as well as regionally for whole Southeastern Europe.
Joining OECD is not only a recognition of stability, potential and attractiveness of our economy for the investors but will also guarantee for the permanent commitment of Bulgaria to elaborate and apply policies for social and economic well-being. Being among the most developed countries is a guarantee for application of the best standards and practices in the field of public and corporate governance, for which exclusively work the members of the BIClub.
This is the way to increase the investment rating and economical visibility of Bulgaria. And as a result – accelerated economic growth, raise of foreign investments and increase in economic productivity.
