TI-BG signed a Cooperation Memorandum with the National Electric Company (NEK) to implement Business Integrity Standards for the Energy sector.As part of the agreement, TI-BG’s experts will review and analyze the internal procedures and process of the company and will provide recommendations for their update, refinement and implementation to an integrated Business Integrity System.
The management spheres that will be analyzed are:
- Good Governance
- Environmental Management
- Equality and Discrimination Protection
- Privacy and Data Protection
- Whistleblowing
- Management of Disciplinary Proceedings
- Good Practices in the Energy Sector
- Management of Specific Risks in the sector.
The cooperation is a natural result of NEK’s strategy for establishing as a social responsible company and of a series of TI-BG’s initiatives for improving values and organizational culture to contribute to compliance with sustainability regulations.
