Politicians are trying to convince us that corruption in governance is just fine.

"Corruption is not part of the nations psychology. Corruption fighting is not a question of culture and mentality."

In order to ensure integrity in politics and businesses, the legal frame in Bulgaria needs to be strengthened by regulating lobbying, ensure protection for abuse with judicial tools agains activists (SLAPP - strategic court cases agains public participation) and establish public registry of beneficial owners of companies.
