HIGHLIGHTS

On September 19, was constituted the Council, as well as a Citizens' Council to it in connection with the implementation of the recommendations made by the EC, a part of which is the TI-Bulgaria.

On 12.07.2022, members of the Business Integrity Club discussed the existing deficits at the local level as obstacles in the work of the business,  the possible solutions how to overcome, as well as what procedures should be implemented for consulting the local business.

Six months after the deadline for transposition of Directive (EU) 2019/1937, only 9 countries have adopted whistleblower protection legislation.

More than 90 students showed strong interest in the “Business Integrity” course which has started as part of the programs “Economics and Management of Public Funds” and “Responsible and Sustainable Management”

Transparency International - Bulgaria sent to the Public consultations official portal its position regarding the draft law for Whistleblowers protection which has been presented for public consultations.
