In relation with the upcoming transposition of EU Directive 2019/1937 and the Whistleblowers draft law, presented by the Ministry of Justice, TI-Bulgaria prepared whistleblowers policy for Sky Mont Ltd. In accordance with the directive`s requirements. TI-Bulgaria experts together with representatives of the Haskovo region company discussed the introduced whistleblowers system, the possible difficulties with its establishing and the benefits it can bring to the company.
