Whether you want to demonstrate your creative skillset or showcase your essay-writing skills, Transparency International - Bulgaria gives a great opportunity for that, through writing a research essay on the topic:: “Бизнес интегритет и предизвикателствата на новото време в национален и международен контекст”.
Who can apply?
Students from Bulgaria and from abroad, regardless of their MA programme.
Requirements:
Applicants must showcase the following qualities:
- • Strong research skills.
- • Ability to demonstrate knowledge on the given topic and have a defined viewpoint on the key issue.
- • Can express their position as a precisely and clearly formulated thesis. The essay must consist of a Thesis, Main Idea/s and a Conclusion.
- • The arguments should back up the author’s thesis but also encourage further research or acknowledge their own limitations.
- • Be able to produce a coherent and logical argumentative essay that showcases their English proficiency.
The essay must be written in Bulgarian or English language.
The essay should be a maximum of 15 pages and a minimum of 10 pages (1800 characters per page with 1.5 line spacing).
The essay topic is intended to intrigue young people to understand further the positive effects of honest and successful business behaviour and the tools needed for this to be possible. The text should have international as well as national examples.
We believe that young students create a great community open for everyone, who wants to make Bulgaria a better place.
The essay should be an original piece of work.
Essays on the same topic that are already published in any type of media and social accounts will not be considered.

By sending the essay to the above mentioned email address, the author agrees to the publication of his/her work on the website of Transparency International -Bulgaria.
Prize:
The authors of the two best essays will receive prizes of 500 EUR (1000 BGN) and 350 EUR (700 BGN) respectively.
The best essays will be published on our website.
