Bulgarian Development Bank and Transparency International – Bulgaria signed a Memorandum for cooperation in 2023 led by the understanding that good corporate governance and business integrity are the basis of success.
The partners managed to conduct an overview and analysis of the internal procedures and processes of the bank including the standards for whistleblowing management. The successful cooperation put a solid base for further implementation of ESG standards and the sustainability reporting requirements.
