Bulgarian Development Bank and Transparency International – Bulgaria signed a Memorandum for cooperation in 2023 led by the understanding that good corporate governance and business integrity are the basis of success.

Leading companies from the energy sector in our country have taken an important step towards increasing ethical standards and transparency in the Energy sector by signing an agreement to introduce business integrity standards

Transparency International – Bulgaria and the executive authorities of the Council of Ministers signed a Memorandum for cooperation in the field of anticorruption, good governance and rule of law on the 1st of March 12, 2024.

Together with the American Chamber of Commerce in Bulgaria and representatives of the biggest energy companies in Bulgaria we discussed the topic of applying standards and good practices in the field of good corporate governance in the Energy sector in Bulgaria.

Transparency International - Bulgaria continues its advocacy campaign to implement business integrity standards in the energy sector, aimed at enhancing the transparency and accountability of companies in this field.
